There was a time last year where I ran up and down the stairs in one of the emergency exit. Hello Nocturn, I do not have stairs anymore, but when ever I'm visiting someone, i find that I run up the stairs, because I want to get up the steps faster, because I don't like to walk up steps in general, and for that reason I always pick the down stairs apartment anytime, I move into a new place.

Crawling Up The Stairs is an album born out of pain. Lead singer and guitarist Nate Grace was injured in a skateboarding injury in 2012 and faced a very troublesome period where it was uncertain if he’d ever walk again, with the rest of the band stuck in artistic limbo by the situation. Thankfully he recovered, and now here we have the Austin Texas trio’s second studio album, but one noticeably different from 2011’s Pleasure.

The bull run has origins dating back to the 14th century, when bullfighting became popular in Spanish cities and the cattle had to be transported through the streets, and the festival coinciding with these bull runs first started in the 16th century when the Catholic Church switched its holiday honoring Saint Fermin from October to July. Now, the San Fermin festival and daily bull runs have become one of the most popular events for tourists visiting Spain in the summer.
